A: You can join without either the physical or digital Field Kit: Welcome Edition. Here’s a link to subscribe directly without purchasing a kit. However, especially in this quiet introductory season, the Field Kit provides guidance and also brings the experience to life in your hands. Long after your creative retreat this summer, the Field Kit: Welcome Edition will make a beautiful creative companion.
Q: When do live sessions happen?
A: Campfire gatherings are offered as part of our six-week cycle, and generally are scheduled on a Wednesday afternoon at 1 pm PT. We also offer periodic pop-up office hour sessions to answer your specific questions.
Q: What if I don’t know where to start?
A: The Creative Campfire Field Kit includes a passport to guide your exploration, one story-shaped quest at a time. There is no pressure, and no wrong approach. The experience focuses on the question, “What does creative rest look like for me?” Grounded in research about the importance of various kinds of rest, such as physical, mental, emotional, social, and yes, creative rest, you’ll follow your own curiosity. For you, creative rest might be productive or exploratory, deliciously messy or terribly tidy. It might be expansive or bite-sized, independent or social. When you free your creative energy from any demand to be productive and accomplished, what doorway might open? What possibilities might unfold?

A: Absolutely! There’s a form you are invited to complete after purchase and we’ll make sure your recipient receives everything with a special note.
